FROM ARCHITECTURE TO CLOTHING
The jacket does not sit close to the body. Its rounded collar and full sleeves create space around the shoulders.
Curved buildings and 1950s wire furniture inspired the lines of the jacket. Piping runs through the sleeves, echoing the fine metal lines found in chairs from the period.
Soft curves and sharp tailoring meet in one silhouette.
A NEW VIEW OF VINTAGE
The design does not copy the past. It takes the volume and confidence of 1950s fashion and gives them a new shape. The large collar and rounded sleeves bring drama to the upper body. The narrow skirt keeps the look long and controlled.
It feels familiar, but not old.
